I like green tea, especially with mint or mint flavour. That helps a lot when one is sick. I don't mind drinking red tea, but green tea is better for me. Thanks for starting this interesting discussion.

Im a fan of red tea and right now in my cupboard I have Rooibos, Red Bush and Yerba Mate (which is not one but mixes well). I have green tea but its infused with mint because green tea tends to taste grassy to me and Red Teas can make pretty good lattes.

I drink Green tea more often because it is nutritious and more healthy than Red tea. Green Tea has more antioxidants content compared to other tea varieties because Polyphenols antioxidant is retained in green tea up to 70%.
