I can help you if you want. From looking at the picture you posted here the first that I'd recommend is to loosen up the hold you have on your pencil. Start light, almost feathery and build from there. Let the lines flow smoothly, avoid applying too much pressure, start light and then darken. This will help to create a more nature transition in shade, it will be easier to erase when you want to change something and it will place less strain on your hand. Most importantly, have fun with it and sketch subject matter that you find enjoyable. If you want more advice just let me know. Happy sketching!

You know, that actually looks similar to something I saw in a tattoo shop just the other day. Maybe someday you will have a career in skin art! I wish I had some artistic talent, apparently my mother and brother used it all up and left none for the rest of the family! Keep at it and I am sure you will perfect your talent in no time.
