Hi to all , and i would like to ask all Mylotters what do they think about this so called mediterranian diet , as i live here in italy i think that in some regions it would not be classified as a healthy diet because in some parts they use far too much animal fats , but scientists say that it is one of the most healthier diets in the world , what do you think? greetings bignik sardinia italy
