What I want to know is who in the world reads these discussion starters and responders and comments and decided whether they contribute and are worthy of payment and how much they are worth?!

i don't think people that are not members of the site have anything to do with the discussions..i think the site is paying people to use the site so that the population of people using the site will increase and they will sure have a way that will make returns for them..
