What English textbooks do you use at your school, in your country?

Hi, I am from China, the English textbooks we have been using are 99% awful ! Due to the failure of choice of textbooks, most of us don't master English, use it fluently. Students only focus on exams, after exam, after graduation, many of them can't write an article or a business letter, let alone have a conversation freely with English speakers, I mean college students. We all have studied English for at least 10 years ! Currently, junior schools in my city use Oxford English, it sounds cool but not the case at all. College students' English books focus on reading and vocabulary though they do include listening and speaking but teachers seldom or never teach that part (for non-English-major students). So what kind of textbooks do you use for English teaching? any good recommendation?

Yes,many students and teachers in China always complain about the textbooks are not good enough or unuseful. But ,in my opinion that students in China donot avail themselvs of it.Most of textbooks are very useful, which are published by many experts. Then, Studay Environment is also a problems, after class few guys can touch ENG,few partners and shy to show and of speaking in public.
