if you are a house woman, maybe you will cook for 3 meals everyday. But if you have a job and you are busy everyday, will you cook for yourself everyday?ppls are now working from 8am to 17pm everyday, they don't have enough time for cooking. When they are from work, they feel very tired and no good mood to cook,so they usually eat in a restaurant nearby. It is very convenient and it saves much time, but it is very expensive,if you eat in a restaurant every day,it will cost much more than cooking by yourself, and also it is not healthful to eat at restaurant.I don't like eating in a restaurant, and i like cooking simple dishes for myself, such as egg with tomatos, potato shreds etc. How is your feelings? And do you cook everyday for yourself, normally what kinds of food you cook for your dinner?

Yes, I'd cook regardless of if I worked or not. There are times we do enjoy a nice meal out at a pay day, but I do the cooking the rest of the time. I suppose it's just a part of my life that even with a job I could not just give up.

Hi huyan, I am not the chef in the house..My hubby cooks better than me. SO, he cooks most of the time after work! I don't work, I have only online sideline! I can cook simple food but most of the time for our dinner, we will have shrimp, rice, or beef and pork and salad!

Nope. It's not really my thing and I won't excuse myself just because I work an average of 15 hours a day. I just don't like cooking. There are many ways to eat without having to cook it yourself, at least that's my philosophy. But then of course, it's just me =P

aha...it is really not easy for you to cook by yourself, working 15 hours is really too long

but when u married, your mom will still cook for you? i don't think we need to learn how to cook from a special school,as we don't wanna be a famous cook.If you want learn how to cook, just standing near your mom,she will teach you and then you practise for some times, your cooking skills will getting better^_^ practice is more important...

My case is entirely different, i stay close to my mother's place and both my hubby and me work from home, we have a daughter and we used to leave her at my mom's place during work hours and since the working timings are not standard, i tend to cook only sometimes, i am not a good cook either, means whatever i cook would be good, but dont know to cook many dishes...and thats becos of my mother because she often sends me food from her house since we stay quite close...but now, my daughter is going to go to school and we are shifting our place far from my mother's place, so only from next month on, i am going to start cooking

Hi, huyanfen I cook breakfast almost everyday. I do not have the enthusiasm to cook dinner though. I am usually too tired and my husband too impatient to wait. So, we just eat out. It can be expensive sometimes but we have no choice since we do not have anyone to cook for us. See ya around! Have a nice day!

i am very happy to cook when i have enough time, but every morning i rush to work and no time for cooking...coz i go to bed too late and get up late too i have time to cook dinner,as i don't need to rush to some place when during dinner time, and usually dinner is expensive than breakfast,haha....

Yes for working moms, we all want to cook but the problem is our time. I salute however those moms who despite of their very busy schedules they can still manage to be very organize. Though they're working still they can do their obligations whem it comes to cooking food for their children. What they do is wake up in the morning, cook some food for the family, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. What's for breakfast can be eaten already before leaving, while the others they will place it in tupperware containers with label, at the fridge as to what food and the children will just heat it whenever they come home to eat. I tried doing this too when am still actively working and it really works. Now, however that I work part time I do all the cooking when my children are around but when they're out working I can just buy ready to eat food for myself. For dinner we usually prepare easy to cooked food such as fried fish or chicken plus veggies. Anything that has soup will also do as dinner don't require heavy food as usually we have less activities to do at night, rather than sleep. (hehe, except for those who have duties at night)

I cook but not that frequent. Things are getting busy with my works so I somehow don't have time to cook. But when I have a spare time I will cook. My favorite food is Indonesian-style sup and fried rice. Sometimes I have an experiment too by mixing a vegetable or a meat so that the result will be unique.

Oh,actually I like cooking, although I don't know much about cooking. About one year before,I live outside alone, and I got one small kictken! This is very nice for me,I like trying ricepes I learned from the books, I will cook simple porrige for me in the morning, and noodles in the evening sometimes. It taste just so so ,but the feeling were very nice!I miss those days! Now I live in a dormitry where cook is not allowed! I think if you can cook by yourself, just try it,and enjoy yourself!

Cooking is one of my hobbies and i love cooking. whenever i get chance i do cook myself and i cook variety of dishes. I am a vegetarian and i love chinese vegetarian food. so whenever i get time i do cooking for me and my family members. i prefer dinner time is the time when one can have food happily. I mostly prefer cooking some spicy dishes which are very tasty and mouth watering.

Yes my friend your right even i don't like having out side food. Just because it is not hygienic and not healthy. I prefer eating home made simple food inst ed of eating in resto's or any other places. But the things are now changed since we don't have time to cook we choosing for ready made food so i suggest all mylotters to not go for ready food unless in some critical conditions. coming to your question these days working women are getting tired with their office work and it is very difficult to allot time for cooking but they should also look towards their health which is mandatory

I love to cook so I do cook home made meals for myself pretty much everyday. I do treat myself to pizza or chinese take out once every couple of months. I usualy cook a pasta dish with a salad on the side or do chicken on the foreman grill. I also have a potato dish that I cook quite often. I get recipes emailed to me from kraftfood and allrecipes everyday so I try out 2 to 3 of those a week. I usually cook steak or a roast with a vegatable on sundays cause that is what my mom used to make our family on sundays. I work from 8-5 and somedays I'm tired and don't feel like cooking, but that is what left-overs and smart ones are for(lol). I also sometimes will cook a big pot of soup and then freeze the left overs in indiviual serving size zip lock bags for those days where I don't feel like cooking.
