The Best Software to build any type of website whether its a static or dynamic i will suggest you to buy adobe Dreamweaver CS3.According to me its the best web designing software, there are other software available like Microsoft FrontPage 2003 but adobe is best for designing and development work.If you need any type of help from me in designing and development then feel free to ask me. Not sure about software.. I just look for free or paid website hosts. If you have a yahoo account you can have a free page through geocites depending on how many hits you are expecting to the page. Freeservers, bravenet, are good free hosts too, or just run a blog through blogger... I have a friend who is about to start up his own webhosting service... He already handles half of my own site... Learning html coding, javascripts, java coding, and xtml, and flash... Are all the different codes people learn to make a webpage on a webhost As far as softwares I am not sure what to tell you. - DNatureofDTrain
