I have just crossed a discussion where people saying that a site is a scam without further explanations at all. It is ok to said that a site is a scam in your own reason or way but provided that you have stated what are your reasons clearly, coz i think its unfair for those site admin that working hard to pay their members but others would tell it to everybody that it was a scam without any reasons at all.

I agree with you. Don't just say "it's a scam" and then walk away from the conversation. You need to justify your reasoning! Why would anyone believe you without an explanation. It's the same with signing up for a site. Don't just tell me it's a great site "here's my referral link, sign up." You need to give me examples, like do you have payment proof?

Yeah. I agree. I've seen a person telling a program "scam" in one discussion, and telling the same program "best" in another. And I think if we honestly give details, people will become our referrals naturally. For, I do the same thing when somebody gives honest details.

Yeah, its like a sales talk, you need to convince me to buy your product. Therefore, you need to say something. But there are some people mostly newbies who believes easily with just a statement that this site is a scam.

I agree with you, having to say that a certain site is a scam is when many or numerous are being deceived by said site. I had this discussion last year about my disappointment to a certain survey site because of non payment of earnings. Most responses of that discussion shared common experience with said site. Perhaps, I would conclude then that it is a scam. Not only because of the non-payment that said site is considered a scam, considering also the possibility of "HOW" to reach the minimum payout within a certain period of time.

Is Bux.to scam or not? Drop this in any forum and you will always get different answers. You can do the same for IsabelMarco and TakeTheGlobe. I presented the question to emphasize that scam may mean a little bit different from one person or group to another. One's reason may not be enough for the other to believe him/her. Furthermore, an individual's experience with the site will also affect one's outlook on a site. Somehow, the scam definition becomes more of a personal thing. Take bux.to's case. Others claim that it is a scam since they have not been paid of their earnings requested almost a year ago. Those who got paid will defend the site though and insist that it is not a scam. Both parties are telling their real stories, the truth. The anti-bux.to have the right to say it is a scam since they were not paid. The pro-bux.to can also say otherwise because they have proofs of their payments. So it will really be up to the new player which to believe. You are maybe right in asking that each one should justify when they claim a site is scam. But I am sure that even if one does, many who experienced or observed the opposite thing will be convinced. I think the best to do here is just to be observant if someone shouts scam. If they give a reason, well and good, we have something to look into. If not, it is also alright considering that once a scam scheme is exposed too early, the admins can always do cover-up and alibis. It's up to us then to explore more why they are being called scam. Anyways, no matter how somebody is accusing falsely a good paying site, time will always reveal the truth. So far, many of those who were called scam were indeed scam. The few legitimate ones truly survived and keep their good reputations.

Well maybe your right, one who experience the same thing might agree to what has been said. But not just agreeing because they just hear it from a friend and never really had the time to work on that site. Not even, do a research about it. The power of word of mouth, scam gives negative connotation, once a someone heard it, they will not bother to ask for reasons. Thanks for your response.

That is certainly a fair call in saying that. When saying a site is a scam, it is good to say why it is a scam. With 247bux, I haven't been paid and have a hard time getting paid. I am not going to say they are a scam because they do pay people. It is just that it is really hard to standard members. Isabelmarco is a site that people have quickly called a scam but I know people who have been paid under the new rules they have. So I don't believe they are a scam. In my eyes, the new meaning for scams could be, "I am not happy with the site cause I am not getting paid."

Exactly! What you have said is what in my mind. Scam does not pertain for personal feelings, its like being selfish. Scam must mean cheating its majority or all of its members.
