Allergies? Can't live with or without them?

What are you allergic to? I have friends that are allergic to pollen so every spring time, they have a bit of difficulty breathing. I feel just awful for them. But during the winter months they are clear as a bell. I wonder if they'd ever consider moving up north where it has longer, yet colder winters and less pollen during the spring and summer months. My daugther is sensitive to flowers. Everytime we are out she covers her nose whenever she is around flowers. My wife is sensitive to dust. I on the other hand am not allergic or sensitive to any of those things. My wife is allergic to certain medicines and certain kinds of tape. My kids and I are not. What about you?

I have terrible allergies during certain weather periods. I'm allergic to pollen, pollen of all types it seems, so whenever we have a seasonal shift I tend to get really sneezy, my nose gets stuffed up, and my eyes get itchy and watery. I'm also allergic to dust, so if a house gets really dusty and I have to clean it up or if a bunch of dust gets stirred up, then I start sneezing and coughing. It is really a pain. There are some times when I all but live on allergy medications.

I have seasonal allergies. Summer, winter, whatever time of the year, there is always something in nature that irritates my sinuses, and turns my eyes red. Of course there is dust too, but isn't pretty much everyone allergic to dust? I don't have any food allergies thank goodness.

I have hay fever and the pollen really gets to me. It was really bad when I was younger. Every year just before school started, I returned to school with swollen eyes, stuffy nose, itchy throat etc. My husband has food allergies, but he still eats them. I was wondering about my kittie cats this week, both of them were sneezing one behind the other for a couple of days, and so was I. I don't know whether there was something in the air or what.

Your husband sounds like my son. He loves cheese, but cheese doesn't love him back and he ends up not wanting to do anything else.

I did live up North and I had allergies to pollen in the spring. When I moved to the South I could not breath in the spring time. The pollen is sooooo bad it covers everything. I know have to take medication to make sure that I can breath in the spring.

Wow, I feel for ya. I know my friends don't like the pollen season much either. I remember it was so bad one year that every thing was covered with yellow dust.
