What's Cameron Diaz best role?

Few days I ago I watched a movie "What Happens In Vegas" with Cameron Diaz. I have seen this movie before buy this time I found it funnier, I might have had the right mood for it. I found Cameron Diaz be really funny in this role! Before this movie I never noticed her funny side.
Is there other good roles Cameron Diaz has had?

I really don't care too much for her so my vote would have to go to her first role as Tina Carlyle from The Mask... Or Julie Gianni from Vanilla Sky (which is saying a lot because I spent most of that film in a state of utter confusion)
