recently i purchased an item on ebay. item number : 270333937412 the item description clearly says that it can provide wireless acess point to connect psp . but i found it not workin with psp. it can only create pc to pc adhoc connection. in brief, its not working with psp although the item description says it works. i explained the matter with the seller and gave him enough time to solve the issue. the seller came with no solution. the seller offered me refund. but i feel lazy enough to visit the Courier office and send it back. i then decided to ignore the matter and just leave him with a ture neative feedback. i wrote him " false item description " as a feedback. now the seller is angry and wants me to request ebay to remove the feedback. i refused him. now he says , he will take legal action against me to get the compensation. i was like WTF !!!!! he is the one who gave me this Harassment and hes askin for compensation. i wrote the matter with ebay. i am a new ebay user and just want you guys support. amn't i right ? or i am doing some wrong ? all i did is expressed my true experience on feedback.

If he offered to refund your money, then he was offering to solve the problem so no he should not get negative feedback. That is not fair as he was trying to be fair to you. If you are too lazy to return it,that is your fault. He deserves to have the feedback to say that he offered a refund and you would not send the item back. He can't refund if you have the merchandise. Would you ask a store to do that? It is the same principal.

as one of the above pal said, the seller should be very accurate about the item hes selling. because of his inaccurate information, someone else will get in trouble. so the seller must deserve neg. feedback. even if i return the product , i won't be geting any compensation for my valuable time . giving refund won't save one from geting neg. feedback. its about the whole trasaction experience. for seller. sorry but i don't agree with you. i don't think i did any thing wrong by giving neg. feedback. indeed i was going to claim compensation from the seller for the problem. as the seller now stepped back, i am ignoring it..

HEY dude !!!!!!!!!!! Just cool down . ok ! i swear he does nothing , and will never do . Some type of that people also tell these words . They know your legal fear by your words and then try to avoid you by threatening you in legal matters . bla bla bla .................. The seller is just trying to remove back your words on ebay against his gods , So that he is not banned from his account . In other words , instead , he have a fear from you , that may you take actions for banning his account . So dont worry . it happens with me . And I , dont laugh , take the advantage of my martial arts and give a punch to their bad nose , those cheaters !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont worryyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi mahesh, For me you are doing the right thing, it was honest enough and he should learn to be accurate in describing the item he is selling! I hope ebay will come up with a decision in favor of you to give lesson with sellers like that whom you have just encounter!

heres one for you to do, dont worry he cant do anything to you, if you paid by paypal open a resolution item not described and they will if paypal find that the item isnt as described refund you your purchase fee. And you wont be required to return the item unless you want too, and theres nothing the seller can do about it. Serves him right as he should sell items that are described exactly.

did you say he was gonna take legal action against you because you gave him a negative feedback he is the one who item didnt match up to what he said people have to realize that if your are going to sell a product the product needs to work as described you were perfectly in your right to give bad feedback and its very childish on his part to react that way i am a seller on ebay and i always make sure i give an 100 % accurate description of what i am selling

he requested me to remove the feedback continueously. but i never agreed . the last time when he requested me to change feedback i replied him with this : " i won't be making any purchase from you in near future and i don't really have time to visit courier office to return the product else then i would have returned before. even if i return it now, you said he won't be giving any refund. you only said that you will provide discount on next purchase and who wanna make next purchase from you, ofcourse not me !! " ( with such harassment, i was not in perfect mood to reply him politely . after this reply the seller said : " we request you to ask ebay to remove negative feedback... otherwise we will give this case to our legal cell who can proceed for legal action in Delhi jurisdiction to get compensation from you. for insult and defamation we are getting due to your negative feedback. hope you will do needful to stop future dispute. " but i don't think i have used any of the slang or offensive words in my reply to insult the seller. if hes geting insult due to my neg. feedback then its his problem. he should suffer. i am not scared but indeed i really wanna sue him or spoil his reputation in ebay. its shocking fact that hes a power seller of ebay. wat else i should do to spoil his reputation on ebay ?

As a long-time ebay seller I can safely assure you that there's absolutely no legal action he can take at all. Technically he did offer you a refund which is really the extent of what he's required to do. But if his item description is giving misleading information, then clearly he is the one at fault and any negative feedback is thusly deserved. If I were you I'd just ignore him, and hopefully the experience hasn't soured you from wanting to make future purchases. Best of luck! :)

oh so sad to what happen to you on eBay. i have been a buyer from eBay and thank God nothing happens like that to me. i also make it apoint to not buy gadgets in eBay because we cant really be sure if they are 100% sure to fit my taste. i mean its better to buy from the stores instead of eBay in terms of gadgets and also you should know the seller first. before buying ask all the questions that you wanna ask. its your right to complain and always beware from saying bad words against the sellers. i mean if they do, then always remeber there's karma...:-) if the sellers are trying to fool you, then there's karma for them...you know what i mean?
