my baby boy is 14 months old, i have opted for an intra uterine contraceptive device which troubled me a lot with irregular bleeding and unbearable crams , so i got it removed , and now am in dilemma whether to conceive naturally whenever it happens or go for oral contraceptive pills

I have a Mirena and haven't had any issues at all. If you are going to take oral contraceptions you'll need to cut out all caffeine. Caffeine effects the pill's ability to protect. I didn't know all those years taking it in my first marriage. No wonder I kept getting pregnant when on the pill.

If you do go with oral contraceptive pills, make sure to take them the SAME time EVERY day. Otherwise you sharply decline their effectiveness.
