BEWARE: H&R Block is a FRAUD!!!

H&R Block is a joke! I do not recommend anyone to use H&R Block. We filed our taxes 2/02/09 and we still have not recieved a dime. We paid over $450.00 for a simple tax return. What? That is so outrageous. To get our money back in 1-2 days no gaurantee it would have cost us over half of our return. We filed to have them back in 8-15 days. It has been three weeks. I have called and called to find out where our money is and they have no answers. They sent us an email today saying our money was direct deposited today, and yet no money there. So I waited over two hours on the phone to see why, and they said that there is turn around time from their bank. How is there turn around from their bank, when the IRS sent them the money? The money is already there. The money should be straight into my account. We shouldn't have to wait a month to get our tax return. Then they don't take any responsibility what so ever for their companies lies. I understand that sometimes things come up, but do not sit there and tell me that they have my money, and not give it to me. Has anyone else had problems with H&R Block? I warn everyone not to use H&R Block.
