anybody can tell me if this site is a scam?

ok so I just found this site, it's:
http://flybizs.com/pages/index.php
and they're paying $77 just to sign up... the home page you can read everything they are offering but sounds so much like a scam, it's tempting but I don't want to sign up for a scam site... What do you think?

i don't think that there is a site that would pay that huge amount just for signing up.. maybe you could receive that amount when you join the site but you can't be able to cash it out. though i don't know that site or knowledge about it, just reading what you have said that offer makes me think that site is a scam. be careful, legitimate sites don't offer a large amount just like that for signing up only.

It smells like a scam to me. Though it's totally your decision, I'd avoid it if I were you.
