Did you know there is a removable mouth piece you can wear and take out easily like a retainer? Its called Angelift and you get fitted to it by a Dentist certified in the procedure. It can also life up some skin as well. Some articles claim that it can retrain muscles as well. There are products called Angelift sold on Ebay, and they claimed to be the same thing as shown on shows like Rachel Ray but they just share a name. The real thing you get fitted for by a real dentist. So many spend so much on cremes and surgical procedures or shots. This is a one time cost. I'd do it within the next ten years when this will likely start to be a problem but for now, there aren't any dentist in my area who offer this. It just launched last year. There is also a special surgery for TMJ (which I have) where they insert a tube in the upper gum which has the same effect but its permanant - no taking it out at night. And if you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, and a few others, TMJ treatment is covered - not under dental but medical. You need to go to a neuro-muscular dentist though.
