has anybody here at Mylot ever tried Clover Valley cola's before?

hello everybody here at Mylot. has anybody here at Mylot ever tried Clover Valley cola's before? i purchased some of the cola's the other day at the Dollar General Store. this was the first time that i have ever purchased any of the Clover Valley cola's before. i was in need of my morning cola the next morning so i got me a Clover Valley cola out of the box and opened it up, poured the cola over some ice in a glass and couldn't wait to get a drink of it. so, i tasted the cola, thinking that it was going to be halfway decent to drink, and ewww, the Clover Valley cola has a weird taste to it, as if it almost tasted like Dr. Pepper. and it says new and improved taste on the box of the cola's? so tell me, have you ever tried the Clover Valley cola's before? if so, did you like them? thanks for sharing and have a beautiful afternoon.

I don't drink any cola's when I found out that a nail can be disintegrated and that the gaz in the colas burst our cells inside of us. Hey I use the cola to wash rust off my car..yep cheaper too. lol. Cola will damage your car paint if you leave it on..so imagine inside of you what it does in the long run.

hello dancingredfeather i it good to hear that you do not drink any cola's. i try to only drink one soda a day. sometimes i will have two of them. do you have Dollar General Stores where that you live? thanks for sharing and for the response.

Yes we do have dollar stores. If I do chose sometimes to take a sip of cola..it sure isn't at the cola fountain..now that is even worse.

We tried that brand before for my son's birthday party, and it wasn't a good idea. All the kids kept telling me their drink was gross. After further tasting for ourselves... the orange didn't taste orange it had a very powder taste so we've never bought anymore of that. We'll stick to the off brands we trust.

You're welcome. I am glad you passed on your thoughts about the Cola's. We are always trying to save money and acutally shop and dollar generals alot to buy things because it's cheaper, and actually more easy for us. We live about 35 minutes to the nearest wal mart, but the dollar general is right up the street... I'm a weekly shopper there, lol... We do like the Aldi Brand Sodas though? Ever been to an Aldi?

I used to work at Dollar General and so I have tried the Clover Valley cola. I personally didn't like them but I don't care for much generic cola. I think that it has an aftertaste to it and I was not at all impressed. I think some of the Clover Valley brand items are decent but not the sodas. I prefer a fountain drink with a lot of crushed ice in it to almost any canned or bottled drink.

I am with you on that one. I prefer fountain sodas too. I get one just about every time I go out of the house for something. I have one sitting here next to me right now. Good thing Caffeine does not keep me awake.

That is one brand I do not ever recall drinking before. I have had several different off brands of soda before, but not that one. I think I will be staying away from it too after your review. Sorry to hear your morning soda ended up not tasting very good.

I've tasted it before too, and it doesn't taste very good, you get what you pay for is all I can say. Usually the cheaper sodas aren't good. Have a good day

Hi TnWoman, No I haven't tried the Clover Valley cola as I don't think we have here in the UK but I do love my cola and I love to drink it in the evening after my meal. Love and hugs. Tamara xxxx

hi yes i have tried the clover valley soda and i dont like them i think they have a medicine taste to them or they taste like pepper i know we are always looking for ways to save money but this one is out for me

I don't care for the cola but the orange, ginger ale, lemon lime, and rootbeer are ok. I'm also picky about cola. If it's not coke I really don't care for it.

I never heard of it. Personally I like Diet Coke and it must be coke brand.
