Has Anyone Read "The Shack" by William P. Young?

Actually I did read that review, my friend. It's a very lengthy one but a very good one. It shed a little light on the book.

I finally read this book and I have to say I was really impressed.. Though if someone was into worshipping goddesses or religious I would suggest they read it with someone who has a better understanding of who G♥d is. Two things did strike me as wrong though..One is G♥d serving bacon, an unclean food.. The vision Peter had in the NT was not to tell us we can eat unclean food, if that was the case then I should be able to go out and eat the poison berries off a bush..No it was more for Peter to except the Gentiles and not to be legalistic by making them go into the Jewish rituals..(Ex. circumcision) Another was G♥d calling Mack an idiot..Though man is very flawed, I can't see G♥d saying this.. Other than that, I really loved this book and hope if they do make a movie out of it, that they will not misinterpret the real meaning in this authors story..

That's what I heard too. The book not only stirred up a lot of conversation but it really makes you think. I'm all for kids reading books that make them think and talk.
