well. there is difference between leader and a manager coz not every manager can be a good leader and vice versa leadership quilities are upto some extent come with you when you born but some qualities come with he thorouh out ur life when you enter in to worl socolize with pepole. so we can say they are brn not made it is not always possible that higly qualified person can only be a leader not it's n't always correct becoz smmtimes leadership qualities are not present in that higly qualified person as compare to less educated.
