Why Am I Not Getting Responses?

Hi there and welcome to the lot. You lucked out in running into mysdianait first thing in this discussion. She is one of the people I would always turn to for advice because she will never steer you wrong. Just one more little point. I have many times noticed someone responding in discussions with intelligence and I have wanted them to be on my friends list. So I have gone to their profile and looked up discussions they have started and responded to several of the ones that I could contribute something meaningful to. It doesn't matter how old the discussion is the comment will still be received. That way you will get noticed. Also don't hesitate to jump in on discussions where a group is just having some fun. I made some of my best friends by sticking my nose in as it were.

Hi ansabkhan and welcome to myLot! It's not easy when you are new here to find your slot but with patience you'll get there too. We were all new once and if you are finding it fun here you will too! Are you commenting back to those who respond on your discussions? By doing this you get a discussion started and users usually come back the next time too. Have you tried responding to a wide variety of topics, making your presence known and gaining some friends? Then when they take time to respond to you if you go and respond on a discussion or two of theirs you will gradually increase your friends here and gain more responses if your topics are interesting too. mysdianait is right, you have to make more responses and adding more friends first. make them have attention to you, if you response their discussion and your response is good you will be memorize by them.so be nice with everyone here, first you don't think about your discussions but make an interesting responses and if you start a disucussion you have to make everyone interested with your topics
