So my mom told me it's good for one to eat a grapefruit before bed because it will help one have a good night's sleep. I'm going to test this idea tonight! haha. Have you heard this before? What tricks do you use to sleep well?

I have never heard of that before. and i guess that anything is worth a try. Ive heard that it is good for weight loss, but never for sleep. I usually soak in a hot bath in the evenings because it helps me relax, and if i have trouble falling asleep i will get a book and start reading it and it helps me fall asleep.

Reading a book is always good at helping me fall asleep too! They say watching T.V. or being on the computer makes it harder.

Grapefruit, I've never heard it can help you with sleeping better. What does seem to work for sleep is calcium. It's proven to be sleep inducing. A warm cup of milk before bed will send you to dreamland quick. I hope you have sweet dreams and no nightmares. By the way, if anybody has dreams they remember the next morning and are curious to know what the dream means, there's a new blog called A Dream-Teller. You can get a free interpretation of your dream. Here's the link: http://adreams-teller.blogspot.com. Check it out!!
