solar eclipses

I have seen,nay observed solar eclipse couple of times.. one was partial and one was complete.. the one I remember.. it was around 9 in the morning.. it was very bright and then withing few minutes it just kept becoming bleak and then it was completely dark.. it was really surprising for me.. but my parents asked me to avoid looking directly into sun .. instead looking through a mirror

I have saw a solar eclipse a couple times. My parents told me to avoid contact though, so... yes I only see the eclipse by stealing a glimpse look at it. Well. tell me how about yourself. Have you seen/experience a solar eclipse?
