how many glass of water do u take in a day??

well drinking water is good for proper blood circulation and digesting our food properly..! but it has got many more beneficial features in it..! like if we drink more and more glass of water in a day ,we needn't have to face pimle problems drinking a glass of water in the early morning after waking up..it clear ups all the waste from our digestive system..! do u know something more beneficial..? well i drink about 5 glass of water generally!

hello mone :-) yes drinking adequate amounts of water is indeed good for one's health. but i think 5 glasses of water a day is not enough, it should at least be eight glasses a day which is what i do. especially now that it is summer time here in the Philippines. i should increase my water intake.

i usually drink around 6-7 glass of water per day.. but during ma skool dayz, wen i waz a basketball champ(yeah i waz), i drank alot of water.. i thnk u are right.. drinking water is very beneficial for us.. sum of its uses are...... 1)regulare apettite 2)increases metabolism 3)boost energy levels 4)improves skin 5)reduces cholestrol level 5)reduces blood pressure

The actual amount of water we should take in our body everyday is eight glasses.I drink more than eight glasses of water a day.It helps me to keep my body cool.It also keeps my eyes moist.It is also good for the skin.It also removes waste from the body.

I generally have two or three pints of water in a day. I think it is the best thing for quenching thirst, and it's good for you too, so it gets my vote! :)

Well mone101, drinking water is obviously good for health. It is generally said that we have to drink minimum of 8 glasses of water everyday. I drink 6-8 glasses of water everyday.

6-8 glasses.. well yeah i used to drink that much of water when i was in school as i used to play allot so i drink allot of water..! but these days i don't play much!!!

I drink eight glasses of water a day. I keep a picture full of water and that way I know how much water I have drank. Generally I end up drinking two full pitchers of water by the time the day is ended.
