htmail scam or not

Hi guys, I am looking for a few more ptr ventures to ad to my blog, and have come across htmail, I did a quick research to figure out if its legit or not. Do you have personal experience with the site, please let me know. I am hoping if I join I could do it on an referral exchange with someone..I need referrals for wordlinx and clixsense. Also what legit ptr allows cash out, on a daily basis, with a low payout. Looking forward to hear from you. thanks
