Do you find mac's to be ridiculously expensive?

I am looking into buying a mac, but the prices are astounding. Is there a reson for which they are this expensive? are they worth it? Thank you for answering :D

Macs are expensive than PC. They are probably expensive becasue their operating system had costed them a lot in designing it. Many features in Mac os are now appearing in Microsoft's new operating system Vista

If you decide to buy one, look for a refurbished one right off of apple's website. They are a little less expensive.

Macs are expensive, apple likes it that way. I personally love Macs. I find them amazing. They look good, they work better. No viruses, buy one. It's worth it.
