Can money buy love?

When i was in college, our teacher asked us "Can money buy love?", then the whole class answered with one voice "NO". Yes we did think at that time that money CANNOT buy love. Now 10 years have been past, if someone askes me "Can money buy love?" I will tell him with on hesitance "YES". The problem for me is that I was a lillte regret that I did not married to a richer man. Compared with other girl friends, they do not study well, but married to the rich people, but I...... I even do not have a job, I really do not know how to do now?

well i understand ur sentiments.. i remember when i was a small kid and even i was romantic and stupid back then.. i thought, by showing your love to a guy and being faithful,loyal and loving, i can make any guy fall in love with me.. obviously i was wrong.. Loving a person doesnt guarantee love in return.. Supporting him, and sacrificing everything for him would not suffice... it sucks... but we need to live with it.. So learn to love the guy you have chosen... maybe you aint rich like the others but atleast you married for love and not for money.. And please do not give up on Love yet... i still do believe that money cannot buy love.. Maybe money can buy a wife, or a house , or some affection... but it definitly cannot buy love...

In fact, my husband treat me very well, which makes my friends around a little jealous. And i am very proud of having such a nice busband. The problem is we really do not have money to offer a house...... Anyway, thanks for your words, i will adjust myself to the true life.
