Whats the longest amount of time that you had a cold?

I dont catch colds that often but when I do it seems to last forever in fact a couple of times I had a cold that lasted for over 3 weeks it was the pits and I could waite for it to end, and right now I have this head cold, and I hope it dosent last that long, any way whats the longest amount of time that you had a cold and way do you think it lasted so long?

I rarely get colds as well, perhaps once a year, and they generally last about 3 or 4 days. That's too bad that yours last for so long! When I think I might be getting sick I always have a bit of Tamagozake. It's basically an egg custard using sake and it's a Japanese home remedy. I'm pretty sure it's just the placebo effect, but it sure works on me! It generally keeps my cold from progressing too much.
