I personally our monthy expenses are getting bigger since that we have a child (knowing it's just a basic diaper-not so haay thank God, food, milk, water etc.) :D i know we have our expenses, from food, rent, monthly bills and other so called "co-curricular" expenses :D of course plus savings!
we have different expenses according to status-single, married or head of the family how do you spend your money/income?
thank God that we're not spending for our monthly house rental since that we're living on hubby's side but still it's our dilemma (we just bought a house and we'll include for our monthly expenses), am not that good on budgetting anyway LOL :D we have to work hard and need extra money... thanks God myLot is there to save our day hehe
all expenses on our currency (philippine peso) Php25,000+++ or $600 approximately a month..woaw! :D
(include my son primary needs, our food/grocery, transpo/gas expenses, going out, shopping (sometimes only if there's an extra but most of time for our son :D), allowance to work etc.
i have learn that the best formula is INCOME-SAVINGS=EXPENSES coz most of us we practice INCOME-EXPENSES=SAVINGS for sure there's nothing to be left :D
how about yours how much your monthly expenses?
Godabless!0=)

I try to keep my monthly expenses as low as possible. I just stick with the essentials. I try to save where ever possible like cutting coupons, making sure we dont leave lights on, using energy efficient light bulbs etc...
