Do you think Animals should have more protection?

I think that the governments of the world should make a place in there respective peace of land just for animals that is protected by penalty of death if somone goes in and kill anyone of them.
What do you think? Yes or No

We do have laws in India to protect animals and also to prevent cruelty towards animals.But how far is it effective?I see the sight of fowls in cage with so little space that they have to stand in the cage with their head bending down.This is because more they move less will be the fat in them it seems!I really felt like beheading the owner.Yes I agree with you that animals should be protected and the laws should be made more stringent.
