Hi, One of my friend lied to another friend ,not out of bad intentions , but due to some good intentions . The other friend was very much annoyed and upset by this . He called him many names and did not listen to his arguments . However;later they settled their arguments among themselves. Now;the friend who was told a lie is feeling guilty ;that he said so many bad things to his friend and even accused him of some awful things. He understands that the conditions were such as to cause his anger, yet he is still feeling guilty . How should that friend get rid of his guilt-conscious ? Regards

Accepting is one way to get rid of guilty-conscious...Either you dont do what you cant accept in front of all..or be very open to all... I have adopted this way of living recently...Its great... Have a nice time!!!

he can never get rid of it if he's keeping it to himself. try doing good deeds to the person or another person. Or talk to the person u lied to and explain about this feeling... ---austin---

well we often do dumb things out of anger. but the one can go back to the other and say " i am sorry i didn't handle things the way i should have handle it and ask for forgivness. we all make mistakes and admitting to them and say sorry is the first step of it. i had said some awful things to some of my friends, had to sorry to them. but they knew my was because of my bipolar
