do you guys find out that less A&F items in ebay now

ebay have new policy in last year such as seller cant leave negative to buyer, but i want to say that it's more less A&F listings in ebay(especially for China, HK sellers) do you guys find out that too? =]

China and HK mainly sell knockoff items, that is why they are restricting what they can sell. Also, I think its extremely UNFAIR to not be able to give negative feedback to a buyer, since sometime they don't pay.
