do blinds experience the presence of ghosts?

Our eyes can be deceptive... There are certain encounters that we can't explain by scientific means. And by this encounter, we often categorize them as supernatural - ghost encounters to be specific.. In line with that, I wonder, now that the blind is free from sight, will he still feel the kind of supernatural experience normal people feel?
