Uploading photos problem..

Hello fellow Mylotters...It has been about a month .Eveytime I go to upload a photo ,even for my profile pic it says you have reached you limit for uploading pics.I think in the time I have been on here I have uploaded 2 pics..Why is it doig this? I know I have reached my quaota..Please help!
