How to request for payout in Bidvertiser

Hello mylotters and to bidvertiser publishers, please teach me how to request a payout in bidvertiser. I never been paid in this site so I really don't know to do it.I need help. Any info is highly appreciated.

i think in bidvertiser the minim payout limit is $10 so when you will reach the payout they will pay you in paypal ,time period i dont know pl check in their site.
