Smokers In Hawaii

If you are a smoker and you live in Hawaii, I've some bad news from you. You could get your pack smacked if you are caught smoking on the beach or wading in the waves. That's the gist of a new bill that's coming down the pike on that smoker hostile island state that doesn't allow smoking in most (if any) indoor places.

...i am not a smoker for the first point...to be stated, secondly i dont have any plans to go to Hawaii...i hate smokers and i cant tolerate smokers around me......but if i go there i would like to visit the 'smoke parks', it would be a wonderful idea to see many people smoking at the same time...

What concerns me is once they are finished with the smokers, who will the powers that be target next? Fat people? People covered in zits? People with excess body hair?
