Have anyone out there got a dream of becoming a property developer or have you already done it and got some good do and don'ts? To become a property developer is one of those daydreams that I usually come back to when I feel like I want to do something else with my life/career. I do not have the capital needed at the moment but I have finally decided to seriously start saving and hopefully I will be able to buy my first property within 3-5 years...
