What you think about orkut a social site or its going out of being just social?

Before when i joined this social site called orkut, a very good site to surf socially and to meet friends.Its just like facebook.But as time going by, i have found some mis management on orkut, some people are misusing this site there are serious cases of fraud and copying of photos from members profile and making fake new profiles with false identity.Its just not fair on the part of the real profile owner. What you think should orkut be banned? or some major changes are to be taken.I think some major changes should be taken as it the best social networking site i ever saw. give suggestions thanks
