A twenty one year old Korean student from the academy that I've been partly teaching, has been thinking of the perfect graduation to ask from her mom. She's been asking me if it's okay to have a "NOSE LIFT"?! She's been introducing the Goretex Rhinoplasty on me. Compared to silicone implants. She said, Goretex is a way safer and gives the best results as what her friends been recommending on her too. But... she's been thinking it twice and ask me again if it's wrong to change your image. She said, my friends will no longer recognized me anymore. Would I still pursue it? Is changing your image a sin at all? Any remarks on this is highly appreciated.
