Drugs in the family, how does one deal with it.

I've always wondered how people got involved in drugs and how their families deal with it, until it happened in my family. My sister is 4 years younger than me and we found out that she was using drugs. obviously, the first thing that goes through a persons mind is, "how can you be so stupid! don't you know what that stuff does to your body?" obviously, getting all uptight about the whole situation, having fights and arguments, doesn't help the situation a lot. after many years of telling her the guy she was with wasn't good for her, he got her using and now she is so blinded that she actually married him without our parents consent. i really feel this need to help her, but i don't know how to deal with it. does anyone have advice for me?
