am not a pro in terms of photography but i just love taking photos especially in any events or in just ordinary day of my life.:D
and now that i have a child/son, i love him as my subject. and aside from that my fave is/are: food (every restau we visit or eat i take a shot first before eating those dishes hehe), places, fields, people/babies - anything if i feel it's a good subject i just get my camera phone and take a snap of it:D
how 'bout you my co-myLotters?:)

My favorite subject is Moochie, our dog. I just keep on taking pictures of him all the time. That's why i self proclaimed him the most photographed dog. Lol! I have been taking pictures of him since 2005. I love taking photos of him when he's asleep because that's the time when he is cutest.

My favorite subject is landscapes, and sunset/sunrise. I love to go back later and try to remember where we were and what we were doing during a specific sunset, etc. Some of my favorites were taken when we were vacationing at Craters of the Moon in Idaho.

I agree. You can't have too many candid shots....especially of the kids. My favorite subject after my kids is old buildings. People are interesting, too, but I feel uncomfortable randomly photographing folks. You can get a lot of really cool pictures if your quick with your camera just in your everyday living.
