You needed help urgently, and was desperate and the only person you know that has the capacity to assist you is your friend. After explaining things to him to assist you, he now ask you to go elsewhere for help, because his whole money has been fixed for something and rendered you in a precarious state. So is it appropriate to meet your friends for help????

depending on how reliable your friend is, the reason for you requesting money, and your reputation for honesty and integrity will directly affect how your friend responds to your request for money. Perhaps your friend doesn't have the finances to assist you at this time. With the economy of the U.S. the way it is, there aren't a lot of middle class people that have the extra cash for their friends, let alone themselves! If your credit is good, you can sometimes take out an unsecured personal loan through a bank or a credit union. There are low interest, short term loans available if you qualify. All else fails, ask the parents to bail you out!
