Would you ever buy a downloadable book?

I recently have noticed that the publishing industry is headed in another direction. More and more authors are using POD-Publish on Demand and are using the ebook format so a person can buy their work online and download it to their computer or to a kindle device. Doenloads make the work more reasonable to buy, less expensive to manufacture and do away with shipping costs. Have you ever bought a novel in download form and what did you pay for it? Would you do it again? I have a book on download at http://www.lulu.com/content/6162348 for $5.oo that is a crime drama and I have often wondered if this is a marketable format over the traditional publishing.

Well.. I would still buy that book, the real book. I feel the difference of having the real book and the downloaded book. Of course, I can't buy all the book I would like to have but it doesn't mean I have to download them all. I wanted to download something I don't have and I couldn't afford to buy them. Reading in the computer, lately, makes my eyes strained and I prefer read the real books, with paper.
