Do You Run Very Fast.......???

Hi Tushavi, me i run very fast when i was young, and by the way not only the normal running i am talking bebause i also run like a speed of light hehe... I remember my childhood because we always play with running together with our friends, as i know running is very helpful because it develop the muscle together with our bone and not only that it also develop our stamina. Well in your forum discussion i remember the movie "The Forest Gump". Hehe... That movie was really nice! In that movie he always run and run. The storyline of that movie was really good. . . well, i must say that i was running faster when i was younger. BEcause now i`m a little fat, and i can`t really run like i was running 3 years ago, but i`m good enough now too, i mean, there isn`t a dog that can catch me. I tried that, belive me. A dog run after me, to bite me, but he couldn`t catch me, so i think that i`m a little bit good at this.

That is good that you can run fast. Do you run for exercise or anything? I dont run fast, in fact yesterday while I was walking to the bank, I saw a turtle walk by!!! When I was younger, if I ran too fast, I would trip over myself..
