Can a cow power your car?

If you had a car big enough to carry a cow and a small family would it prodce enough methane to power it along for short journeys? I guess you need to constantly feed it grass to produce the gas.....

If the fresh cow manure is used right in the right design tank just one cow can produce a lot of Methane gas. It might be a problem to connect the cow directly to the engine. Besides that if your engine backfires it would blow your cow up and with the price of replacement cows now that could get expensive. Art

I believe there is current technology to turn manure to methane Gas to power your car.. But currently as you see we can produce mass amount of matane.. Now come electricity and Hidrogen car. Which the combustion material and electricity will can be mass produced.
