The Bible says that people in the old age has
a long life span ahead of them. Before, they have no cars,
airplane, cellphones and many high tech gadgets that we are
enjoying right now. Their foods were not mixed with any
chemical preservatives that harms our health. Before life
was simpler, but now everything changed. Are we fortunate
or unfortunate that we are now living in the modern era?
If you can choose, live in the old age or modern age? You can
state what you don't like about the old age kind of living and
what you like about the modern era? Your input is much highly
welcome.

Hello,Lyza! Life was better in the past. There was no hue and cry around.Everybody was living a peaceful life.In olden days the people were more religious minded and were quite happy with what they had in their fortune. They were eating the right food in those days and living long. Now with the advent of modern technology all problems we are facing because we have become slave of the machines. For everything we depend on the machines. In olden days the society was all powerful but now money and muscle power is everything.thanx.

I would choose to live in the old age. I think we live in an incredible time for technology but a horrible time for health and work ethic. I think that I would fit in better in the old age I love working outside and gardens and the simplicity of things. I get really bothered by this modern age and everyone thinking they have to keep up. Someone just laughed today and said look at your cell phone. I was like I don't care. I rarely use it anyway. I mean why do I have to keep up with the modern age to be valued as a person. It really just pisses me off. But I will keep my old dumb cell phone until it falls apart. If it was up to me I would not even have one. That is my husband and kids that like me having it.

Hi Lyzabelle, I would definitely choose the modern age; maybe I've been so used to the simplification and sophistication that technologies can offer.
Moreover, with my kind of thinking and mentality, I would most probably be lynched or burned at the stake (witch?) if I were living in the old ages
