Unexpected Gift from Mom:-)

Hello myLotters! This is my first discussion so I'm not too sure what I'm supposed to be doing; I just joined 3 days ago so I'm a newbie! Anyways, last week I received a yellow envelope from my mom which contained a BareMinerals makeup brush and BareMinerals foundation. I had totally forgot that she said she was going to buy me some makeup.
I have to say, this mineral makeup gives me great coverage! I didn't even have to use my liquid concealer under my eyes or on blemishes like I normally do before I apply foundation. I don't know if it's the brush or the mineral foundation but it works unbelievably on my skin! Ironically, prior to receiving this gift from Mom, I had ordered another brand of mineral makeup online for a free trial, Raw Minerals. Raw Minerals did not work as well as BareMinerals did for me.
How about all of you? What are your favorite mineral foundations and why??

First of all let me welcome you to the family of mylot.You will definetly like it over here its my wish to you from all other mylotters.And when it comes to makeup, i havent tried yet any mineral makup.but looking forward to try it once.I normally use shiseido stick as foundation which goes over without any translucent powder or compact.I dont use much concealor as i dnt really need if i have shiseido with me. this foundation has a plastic finish on face which gives me a glowing skin without much revealing my blemishes and under eye dark circle.And then i jus go with a shiseido khol pencil, and thats it i am ready for anythng it gives a simple yet classic look to be ready for anywhere.As i am not much into makeup i still atleast try this both.If not shiseido then i try going over to maybelline or revlon.

This is why Bare Minerals is my favorite. I have tried other brands that look like Bare Minerals but have turned out to be quite disappointing. I love the fact that this line is supposed to be natural too.
