Class Reunion -- Did you go?

Every now and then I run into or hear from someone who wants to hold a class reunion. So far they have been unsuccessful in organzing one (as far as I know). I guess there just haven't been enough people who were interested in reliving the "good ole days." It doesn't matter that much to me because I can get together with the folk I am in touch with at any time but some people seem fixated on their reunions. From the time graduation rolls around they start thinking ahead to when they will get together in the future at class reunions and what their lives will be like.
Have you kept in touch with people you went to school with? Do you get together with them and hang out? Have you been to a class reunion for a school you attended?

I graduated high school in 1980. I have a few friends that I have kept in touch with over the years. My graduating class had less than 100 students. There has only been a few reunions over the years. I have gone to a few of them, and boy how some people can change in looks, a few I didn't even recognize. But overall there hasn't been a reunion for the benchmark years. And it's been awhile since we have had one.

I am a member at Classmates and I keep it because a few people from school have used it to get in touch with me and I figure that's enough. Those reunions parties and dinners can get costly and I'd rather get together with the folk I like which I can do anytime.

I am in touch with two high school friends. One was in my grade and the other was the year after. The one who was in my grade was never interested in going to reunions. Other than him, there are very few people that I would be interested in seeing, so I never did go to one.
