how to get with such colleagues?

one of my classmates is really confused by the office relationship now,she is working in a lawoffice and she is a so kind girl that she never argue with anybody,most of the people will love her at the first sight of her expect her forman.the forman always blame her and always arrange tons of work to her, whereares he and other two teammates are playing games on the pc day by day. my kind classmate never complain this because she think that's work, they can't learn and gain experience by playing games on pc. but onething happen this year has changed the cycle. 10 cases which handle by my classmate were done and there is 30 thousands CNY of bounce for these, my classmate desver this amount even they can share the amount with their teammates equally, but the forman has spent the money away and told other teamates he had given my classmate 10 thousands CNY already. how can he be so dirty and bad? what could my poor classmate do?
