This is different then the dry skin itch. Its inside under your skin and you cant itch it. I hate it! glad you dont have it.

Hi moneymommy.. Its very interesting that you should say this. My daughter has been complaining of a itchy face and leg...She says it feels tingly and itchy on the inside and cant scratch it..I am wondering now if she has an allergy..She is grown and lives on her own and I have told her to go see about this as it has happened several times. I think I will mention this to her and see if shes been doing something different at work. Thats where it always seems to happen. Thanks for mentioning this. Mylot is not only amusing, but informative too!!

Yes I do and not just itchy sometime blisters surface on my skin. So, I immediately take my salt soap bar and place on top of it within 10 minutes it relieves. Salt soap bar is very good to use for any skin infection or disease, worth it buying and not only cheap($3.00) but very effective. I used it for my facial cleansing, as well. Apply it for 10 minutes and wash it out.

Oh my gosh no... luckily I can say this has never happened to me...my mother did take a medication once that drove her nuts with itchiness.. she used a brush and couldnt stop scratching at her legs and arms... that lasted a day or two until the meds were out of her system... and she never took it again thank goodness!! I am so sorry you have to deal with this, how horrible to deal with.. I hope you can take benadryl--as an option!! take care...

This has never happened to me but it has happened to my mom. I would suggest that you tell your doctor. I know that mom had to go to several doctors before they belived her, so keep trying. There is no reasson to be misrable over allergies. (My entire family suffers to some extent, and there is medication that works)
