What do I need to use smileys?

I just reached my 200th post and was expecting some lightenings and thunders to strike or I was waiting for some Vegas lights and alarms kind of thingy lol. Nothing so far... Not even as much as a whisper :s Where do I get the code? When do I get to use it?

Hey, you scared me for a moment there. I am very close to 200 and I am expecting fireworks. When you said you couldn't do the emoticon, you got me worried. I'm fine now though. I read the responses :o). Have fun with the emoticons!
