Hello everyone here Ji, My hubby is very fond of maintaing statistics on different fronts like he maintains log -books for daily/monthly/yearly expense books, telephone directory with all addresses etc. Alongwith all these, he also maintains all medical records, I am a permanent declared patient of RA (Rehumotide Arithrites), DM2 (Diabetic), HTN (High BP), UTI. I am having permanent medication since more than 3 yrs now, there was a time, when I could not do any work due to de-formation of my fingers/swellon ankles/bend elbows and could never climb my car/scooter without taking help from others. After my treatment, I am able to do all my normal house hold activities including walking for 3-4 KMs with 2-3 Kg weight. When we started our treatment, my hubby produced all my previous records of various treatment, investigation done, medicines taken. It really helped medical team. So, now I undersatnd the importance of maintaing such documents. Any of you think, it is worth Please share your experiences on this. Let me produce something here. It is a good habit to keep things in order, which takes a lot of time, and conscious effort, not everyone is capable of doing. But we need to learn. The statistics are so helpful for people in the field and for ourselves. I read in newspaper that people who keep diaries for decades are helping economists and the media in their studies and in preparing for big events. We need to have a good filing system for our family ID documents, I guess that is the minimum we must do. Thanks for the topic.

Hello my friend zhuhuifen46 Ji, So nice of you for acknowledging my discussion , I am very much happy that you have understood the basic concept of maintaining different type of documents. My hubby keeps writing day to day expenses he keeps telling me all about small details of them, how to make budgets surplus etc. For medical, he is always very careful and shows all details with graphs etc. may god bless you and have a great time.

The good habit is not only suitable and excellent for a doctor but also practicable for all the people who'd like to make his work and life in order. I will stick to it.
